No Returns or Exchanges Policy

All sales are final.

Watson Creations does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Many items are made, engraved, printed, finished, packaged, or prepared specifically for each order. Because of this, products cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer changes their mind, ordered the wrong item, provided incorrect information, or no longer wants the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error by Watson Creations, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Your name
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging, if damaged in shipping

If the issue is confirmed, Watson Creations may offer a replacement, correction, or refund at our discretion.

Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, artwork, addresses, sizes, quantities, and other order details before placing an order.

Watson Creations is not responsible for customer errors submitted with the order.
